First use the x-ray machine to see if she has suffered bone fractures. As she has broken several ribs, you need to perform a surgery. She needs a general anesthesia and after you clean her wound take the scalpel to perform the surgery. After you fixed her fractures and she is out of danger, you need to take care of her other wounds. She also hurt her head pretty badly, so you need to take care of her concussion. Clean the wound and stitch it up. Be very careful and gentle though, because we wouldn't want to give lovely Barbie a scar.
